Tried to book a table at any restaurant in their hotel/ resort via mail. No response after days waiting, was forced to call them, paid extraordinary high roaming charges for the calls and got promised to receive a call back ASAP, no call back received after 1 week waiting. Really bad performance for such a brand…

Love the fact that most of the workers at this resort are locals; it's rare to see this at other high-end establishments.

We did notice some communication issues, as others pointed out. But overall, it was a good experience.

Also, great food????

Номера очень красивые и свежие. Два маленьких пляжа с камнями. Еда посредственная. Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Очень маленький ресторан для завтраков, официанты не справляются, минут 10 ждешь меню потом еще 10 пока у тебя примут заказ и еще 30 пока тебе эту еду принесут. Уборка в номерах: мусор оставили, салфетки, которые закончились, не заменили. Грязная посуда перед нашем номером и номером соседей стоит сутки. Для пятизвездочного отеля за 900€ в сутки ну как-то не очень.

Staff were perfect, my wife was very happy.
Breakfast was various and testy.
Room view, design of room/hotel was beautiful.
Room on first floor was dump and humid.
I recommend this hotel, I will come back)))
Beach was small, but beautiful.

1. Despite booking a room with an ocean view, I was initially placed in a different room. After Amex's intervention, the hotel staff claimed to rearrange and provide an alternative with an ocean view. Also the initially assigned room lacked hot water.

2. During check-in, the staff persistently suggested a 10 am checkout, despite our guaranteed 4 pm checkout arrangement through Amex Travel.

3. There was persistent pressure to opt for the hotel's airport transfer or half-day taxi service, including follow-up calls despite expressing a need for time to decide.

4., and no room upgrade was offered.

5. The cost of food was higher than comparable establishments like Raffles, and the overall quality was subpar.

6. Despite choosing Mango House over the Four Seasons based on positive social media reviews, the experience did not align with expectations.

7. The pool was cold, and the beach, though beautifully located, was small and filled with sharp rocks.

8. Miscommunication from the staff included a rushed airport transfer, with the driver given conflicting information about the pickup time. Not what you would expect when paying 140 euros for a luxury transfer.

9. I was charged for the mini-bar consumption in the first room, which was not used. The staff only decided to waive the charge after questioning, attributing it to a "bumpy stay."
