I generally stay in Kifisia while in Athens. This time I decided to try this hotel as it was a short notice travel and the other hotels were fully booked. It is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are well designed especially the bathroom was lovely. I had a very good welcome in a friendly setting in the reception area. There is no reception during the night, you have a special code for the entrance door and a number is provided to you just in case you need support for something after hours. I stayed in number 5 and I guess it was one of the smallest size rooms. It had a small window (which is not letting the natural light much) overlooking the roof of the restaurant. There is a construction. You need to go out and then access the restaurant from the street. I tried to work in the room during morning but it was extremely noisy due to the construction. The breakfast was a disappointment. When you are in Greece you expect a perfect fulfilling breakfast but unfortunately what they offer was very limited, and the service was really disappointing. They charge you extra for the egg dishes. I liked the fact that they offer healthy options. In overall I think they need a little touch to make this lovely place a better hotel especially to bring it to the right price level.

It was excellent stay , rooms are little bit smaller but with location,it's acceptable
