Hotel sucio las habitaciones en malas condiciones con un mal olor que ni una noche se puede estar hay deberían cerrarlo de los peores hoteles que e estado no lo recomiendo para nada

Stayed here on Veterans day .The room was ok for the price .

Run!!!! This place is a joke. The staff is a bunch of crackheads women and thieves. Trash, Disgusting individuals. Wyndham should step in hard or they won’t have a name in that area anymore. Never ever again and I will make sure I Let the whole world know what happened to me during my one day stay. I stayed in hotels all over Louisiana ms Alabama and Florida. But these thieves…They stole my cash deposit!!!! And even the Spanish housekeepers are in it with them!!! They must be in serious need of crack.

Ac didn't work was pro.ised would fixed after waiting for 1.5 hrs service guy came said would be right back after another went to office was yold go ahead to concert promised would be fixed or would be given another room when I got back we'll when got back after 1am wasn't fixed and had no rooms

And when I was there on October 4th
When I say, this is the nastiest filthiest room I have ever seen I am not exaggerating. The air conditioner did not work and the room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy. It stunk so bad in the room that I had to go buy Lysol and air freshener to even be able to stay there, I went to the front desk to tell them that the air conditioner wasn’t working and that the room was dirty. Oh, and the clerk would not answer the phone. When I got to the front desk, the clerk was standing outside, smoking a cigarette with some man and she would not come inside until she was finished smoking the cigarette so I had to wait. I informed her that the air conditioner didn’t work, and that the room was dirty, she said well there’s nothing I can do about it. She refused to call a manager. She told me that she would call maintenance. I told her OK I’ll wait while you do that. She goes in another room and comes back and says the man said that the air conditioner works so , she couldn’t move me or give me a refund I said I have no reason to lie about the air conditioner or not working she said the maintenance man had no reason to lie about it. Therefore I was the liar. She was very rude. I didn’t have the money to get another room because they wouldn’t give me a refund so I had to stay there , worst night of my life. I called Customer Support to see if they could help me and they didn’t. I just got an email yesterday from management and they said that they could give me 20% off the room because the maintenance man Said the air conditioner worked so they couldn’t refund me. Therefore calling a liar again. The White girl with the cornrows does it need to work in hospitality. If I were you, I wouldn’t even think about staying here. While I was in the lobby two other customers came into complain, so it wasn’t just my room. The whole place is just a dump with bad employees.
