The room was good for price. No bugs or smell as previous reviews I saw stated. Towels and bedding were clean. Staff was helpful. Jameisha at the front desk and Niha(sp) security lady and even the manager Christiana were extremely helpful when our door lock disabled after hours. We were offered another room but they went above and beyond to get our room opened. Breakfast was great! Over a dozen different items to choose from. Didn't get the name of breakfast attendant, but she was cleaning and refilling items the whole time. Pool did not look like it should be used. The only bad thing I could say is the cigarette butts outside every where and some of the electrical outlets in the room didnt work. Overall we had a great stay!

Dirty floor, strong smell of cigarettes, loud humming that kept us awake, toilet that "ran" all night, filthy pool.

My single worst hotel experience (and I've stayed at Iraqi hotels). Terrible service. No guest could check in until hours after the stated check-in time. Dozens of guests waiting to check in were crammed in the lobby. No manager on staff to help. No help from the corporate office when I called them. No offer of partial refund. Also, the coffee machine wasn't working and was pouring coffee onto the lobby floor.

I checked into this smelly , funk , pissy, moldy hotel room without checking the reviews. I’m exhausted from driving from Atlanta and wanted to check in the room put my food up, shower and sleep! The GM was very unprofessional
She tried to raise her voice at me like I’m a child. No apologies, just went in to defense mode because I stated my concerns to the front desk, which I found out was her Daughter ????
The front desk employee was very nice, but they both should know the conditions of their rooms before they charge my bank card!!! I will get to my Office in City Hall and request a meeting with Upper management!
I’m not a person that’s hard to get along with , but I expect good communication and customer service!!
No Microwave no Refrigerator!!! Instead of being rude she should be inspecting these lousy rooms and practicing a more professional approach!

My mom made reservations in July 2023 requesting a handicap room with 1st floor access as she can't walk well. She told the we would be arriving late as we were driving all day. They did not save our room so we spent an hour trying to get it figured out. It was almost midnight when we decided we needed to crash so we took the available room on the 2nd floor. They refused to discount anything.

When we got in the room, I went to the restroom and it was filthy. The toilet had poop in it. My shoes were sticking to the floor and the walls had random splatters of what I hope was cough medicine on them.
The floors were not vacuumed and I saw 2 random pills on the carpet.
The bed looked sketchy, so I "slept" in the recliner fully clothed with my shoes on. Mu mom said the beds were very uncomfortable and needed replacing....with the rest of the furnature. In the morning, I refused to shower in the bathroom because it was gross too. I didn't even open my suitcase and just brought it to the car. The pool was full but solid green.
Outsude, the lush grounds were confetitied with trash, cigarette butts and discarded condoms. There was a person wandering around the parking lot asking for money then went to hotel doors.
Can I give ZERO stars?????
