C'est une honte de louer une chambre dans cet hôtel. Un désastre car même les photos ne correspondent pas. Bravo booking plus jamais je réserve par vous

Chambre à la limite de l insalubre et accueil non professionnel

Miteux, sale, catastrophique, avec des photos en rien représentatives de la réalité, des employés ne connaissant pas la CNIL (il est illégal, même pour un hôtelier, de réaliser une photocopie de la pièce d'identité de tous les occupants d'une chambre).

DON'T GO THERE!!! This hôtel catches you with a complete lie and IN ALL MATTERS, its proven to be RAN BY INCOMPETENT AND IN MY CASE DANGEROUS PERSONS as they literally kicked me out in a way... putting me in huge trouble during Ascention WE mai 2023 were all hôtel everywhere were fully booked.

this hotel hAS Chosen its name to Deliberately do fake advertising (photos show only one room that looks cosy and confortable and it is simple à lie, MOST ROOMS ARE NOT VALUE FOR MONEY...), and the aim, not visible on internet because the management is just cheating, is to divert you from thé Central hôtel which they commercially abuse, by doing so.

I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE GOOD CENTRAL HOTEL 3 days after my INSANE EXPERIENCE WITH THAT Pseudo "CENTRAL" HOTEL DU CENTRE.... AT 15 20 MIN WALK FROM THE TOWN CENTRE BTW IN A. UNPLEASEANT AREA OF THE TOWN.......

THE GOOD CENTRAL HOTEL réception often see customer comming after a bad experience feeling chetead. There For 18 euro more you get a proper hôtel ROOM, NOT As most comment agree on, run down and utterly uncomfortable rooms - WITH BREAKFAST!!! SO 10 EURO DIFFERENCE FROM THE 50 EURO that I PAID AT HOTEL DU CENTRE for.a.special hamdicap room where your shower is not a separated from the room, making it awkward, independently of the fact all room are as reviewers all say.

Reviews Say ing staff is unfriendly are also making polite understatement, proven by the fact in my case is specific : the receptionist are from vast Muslim rooted community well establish in reunion island which happen to actually Know m'y family whith who i have PPRIVATE ISSUE I came to sort out... I came back there after a trip in mai 2022 BECAUSE I waz making a last minut trip and had no other option and ALL WENT wrong!

THE morning AFTRER MY originally planned ONE NIGHT STAY, THE STAFF KNEW I Was wondering if I NEEDED TO stay one night more AND I MADE SURE WITH THEM, (commercially agrement) I have until check out to décide, implicitely meaning i was ok to extend a handicap adapted room even if it was extra cost.AND IN SPITE.THE FACT THE. ROOM WAS.AWFULL...

I went for a walk to make my mind and back at hotel but when I said I wanted to extend, they said there was no more room available BECAUSE THEY WERE CONSPIRING with my family and that broke our trust and commercial agreeement, mischievously.

All in aall, that's just but showing the mentality OF owners which explains why most comments are disastrous. They are mère cheaters, of the worse Kind!

Just don't get mislead by the hotel name: it is simply a commercial lie, and i therefore repeat why i started this post : Just DON T GO THERE!!!
