Paseamos unos días estupendos, el desayuno muy bien y las cenas también muy bien, lo recomiendo

So we had a change to visit the hotel. The location is great, very beautiful place and nice rooms.
The restaurant...damn... The food is tasteless, We were very surprised by the flavors of the dishes, starting from the starters and finishing with the main course. Even the spoons with the aperitifs was something that you better not even bother yourself with trying. And of course the service... The only people who smiled was at the reception (not all of them) and the maids. The maids are the most friendly people in the hotel. But anyway I was waiting for some easy requests to be resolved for 2 hours and only after me calling them again it was done. The service in the restaurant is AWFUL, they were grump and just throwing everything on the table so that we felt ourselves guilty for coming and making them work.

Please pay attention to the service, it is very important to take your stuff for some trainings and please do something with the food. Because the hotel looks very nice and the location is great. You will get more and more happy people after fixing that. Thank you

habíamos reservado para semana santa una de las 4 suites terraza con jacuzzi y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que nada más llegar notamos olor a cloaca en la habitación procedente de la ducha.
lo peor vino cuando nos metimos Jacuzzi que desprendía un olor el agua horrible. para colmo estuvimos tumbados en la terraza media hora qué es lo que se puede aguantar cuando tienes las chimeneas de las cocinas a tan solo 3 metros de distancia de las tumbonas y ojo!...estamos hablando de una suite de más de 600 € por noche no de la pensión santa teresa!!!. esa misma noche cuando llegamos de cenar y debido al fuerte olor que desprendía la ducha del baño solicitamos un cambio de habitación a las 11 de la noche. nos trasladaron a una júnior suite en la planta segunda de la cual nos desalojaron al día siguiente tan solo teniendo la posibilidad de volver a la suite es la planta tercera o quedarnos con una habitación normal porque el hotel no nos daba otra solución.
creemos que esta forma de actuar es una vergüenza para la imagen que representa paradores y más tratándose de un enclave tan especial.
cabe decir que aunque el hotel fue reformado al completo en el año 2020 las 4 suite de las plantas superiores no se reformaron y se encuentran en un estado deplorable. aunque aquí no termina el caos de este parador. la primera noche que bajamos a cenar los platos que habíamos pedido estaban precocinados y recalentados unas cuantas veces. devolvimos los platos y nos fuimos a la cama sin cenar.
en definitiva os recomiendo que si vais a este hotel pensar bien antes de alquilar una suite y sobre todo si vais a cenar revisar bien la comida porque el cocinero de este hotel es nefasto.
eso sí el enclave es único y merece la pena solo por el paisaje.

Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel, l emplacement est au top , on surplombe la mer dans tout l hôtel.
Un bémol, le service que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou au bar est très bruyant.... chariot , débarrassage des tables avec assiettes et tasses qui s entrechoquent ... . Sinon tout est parfait

Belles chambtes avec balcon vue sur mer,bon petit déjeuner.
