Great location and very reasonable rooms. Great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the harbour. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere

Nice location directly overlooking the harbour. Rooms were fine although perhaps in need of a little updating. Key card stopped working a couple of times which was a slight annoyance.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Appreciated sitting outside and eating breakfast looking at the harbour.
Good central location and easy walk to the rest of the town.

It's a very good hotel the service very kind and the room was big . The cleaner were very fast and did a good job if Im coming back to Kos I would definitely come here and the breakfast buffet was extremely various and yummy

Na een zeer vroege vlucht vanaf Amsterdam kwam ik rond 11.30 aan in Kosta Palace. Daar kwam ik terecht in een zeer chaotische incheckprocedure. In- en uitchecken liep door elkaar heen, er kwam geen eind aan. Eenmaal aan de beurt ging alles super snel, maar helaas was de kamer nog niet beschikbaar en kon ik er pas om 15.30 uur in. Gelukkig veel leuks in de omgeving dus ik ben heerlijk gaan lunchen aan de haven. De gerenoveerde kamer was prima, keurig schoon en modern. Minpunt: douchen in de badkuip dat is behelpen. Het is een prima hotel, met een geweldig ontbijt en hard werkende medewerkers die er werkelijk alles aan doen om verbeterpunten te verhelpen en je een fantastische vakantie te bezorgen. Echt een aanrader voor een weekje vitamine D.

This is not a 4 stars hotel by any means. Just want to mention the room bathrooms with windows that vent in the hallway, so anyone can hear and smell you doing your business.
One night at 2AM, the fire-alarms went off, we all got down to reception in whatever we could put on as fast as possible - the receptionist ignored ALL our questions, like we were not there in our damn underwear. HE JUST IGNORED all the guests gathered in the middle of the night in the lobby. I just remembered this gem - went back to edit my review and take a star from it!

I stayed for four nights , i highly recommend this hotel. It is situated direct on the harbor . everything is close so you can discover the city of Kos easily. It's better to book a room with view to the harbor . The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with homemade pies and sweets.
