An iconic and captivating resort located in the heart of the majestic Victoria Falls. It sits on a gentle hill, presenting a scenic view of the Zambezi River and the surrounding lush environment.
The rooms are comfortable, but you are advised to keep an eye out for the unexpected visitors that often graze around the compound. Delicious meals served by friendly and courteous staff. A shuttle bus connects the resort to Victoria Falls town and other local attractions including the breath-taking Victoria Falls.

A very nicely located hotel with good views. Rooms are comfortable but tired but my gosh the service is awful. Staff can hardly speak English, price of drinks are astronomical and this really let them down.

Excellent service, lovely staff, amazing views of the golf course... Although the hotel is outdated and furniture is old and could be updated, it still has great amenities like a well-equipped gym and lovely conference services and a great shopping mall.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean but aircon was a bit noisy. Location was good & the shuttle into Victoria Falls was an added bonus. Staff were exceptional. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety. Views were amazing. Pools awesome. I would sincerely recommend this resort & would go back without hesitation.

It's a total African experience in the ambiance of the magnificent Victoria Falls. It's located in the game reserve area, so you get to see wildlife on the hotel grounds as well as road. The staff is ever so polite and ready to assist. The cuisine is world-class and to die for. It's definitely a must go. The every hour hotel shuttle into and from the town center is a welcome convenience. Will definitely book again.

Stayed at this resort whilst visiting the Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park Botswana after being picked up from the airport in Zambia. What was astonishing was that will animals-elephant in particular walk freely on the motorways.
The resort was very good, staff were friendly and efficient and the food was good. A familiar daily sight was the warthogs on the front lawn chewing away on the grass.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ich finde dadurch hat es Charme und der Service und Sauberkeit ist perfekt ich kann rs nur weiterempfehlen

总体不错，服务好，员工热心，有免费班车去想去的地方，就是洗澡有点不舒服，第一洗澡水喷洒很小，洗完澡后一地的水没法落足。希望能早日维修下。

Nice but far away. Quite dated and needs some TLC. Has a golf course and free shuttle service to town. Seems like nobody stays here. Dead quiet.
