The 'dorms' are great value for money, super clean and all bed-lined is provided and changed regularly. It's conveniently located and has a great ambience, lovely pool and gardens. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Loved it!

A decent place to stay while you enjoy Victoria Falls. The rooms were tidy and the air conditioner was perfect considering the heat at this time of the year. The food is good and there is a swimming pool to cool you down after a hard day of walking and sight seeing. The biggest negative thing is the round wall sockets in the rooms. We could not charge our gadgets during the night because of the weird wall sockets. You wonder how someone could install such wall sockets, let alone leave them forever denying customers the access to charge their gadgets. While I was checking in, I noticed that a couple of mobile phones were being charged near the counter. Little did I know the nightmare waiting for me. If the management can fix this issue, I can recommend this budget hotel

Erinomainen ja ystävällinen palvelu. Kävely matka postiin ja keskustan kaupoille. Lähellä on hyvä ravintola ja paljon nähtävää paikallisen taiteen ystäville.
Hotellissa pieni kauppa josta kätevästi juotavaa ja naposteltavaa. Lentokenttäkuljetuksen saa tilattua hotellilta.

Beyond expectations and some of the best customer service Ive experienced anywhere in the world. I messed up my dates and the General Manager not only found me alternative accommodation for 1 night but also drove me there and picked me up AND helped with my bags!!! The room I had was 122 - upstairs overlooking the street. The room is HUGE and has everything you need. Great little shop downstairs for cold drinks and snacks. And a lovely cafe. PLUS its right next door to some great restaurants and crafts and market stores. Plus the theatre. So happy I booked here. Would definitely book again.
