the only hiccup was the helicopter ride where (1) we waited 2 hours for the activity and (2) we initially booked for 6 seater, but were told at the spot that there are only 4 seater available for our slot, we have to wait further for the 6 seater.
overall, great experience with this operator, it is bit more pricey than the other operators, but it has so many offices around Vic Falls Town and that makes things that much easier (they have shuttles available transiting between different locations).
will definitely book with this operator again if we ever visit Vic Falls in the future
