1. The activity briefing by the agency is much appreciated. Yet, most of the details are not b&w, which resulted in some confusion regarding what items are included and what are not.

2. The prices are all set and most of them is much higher than other agency’s pricing. Don’t see the point of booking with this particular agency when the tour operator is eventually the same.

3. The activity combo deal is NOT appealing at all. The discount is more or less 10-20USD for 3 activities.. which other agency can offer way better deals

4. The activity registration and payment process is a mess.
