Great location but being in the CBD also has its problems, that's why I rated it 4 star on location. Big spacious rooms.

Stayed here for two nighrs. It was a wonderful experience . Rooms were very clean and their staff were very helpful.

Stayed here for two days for a business trip to Bulawayo, centrally located. Rooms were smart, big enough and clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I had an electric kettle to make coffee/tea. The hot water from the shower was piping hot though, it might need some adjusting? On my last day of stay I left quite early and forgot my iron and some clothes. I phoned back and was told that my stuff had been located and was put in safe keeping until collection, which I quickly arranged with my workmates in Byo as I was now back in Vic Falls. The bed was large enough and comfortable, pity there wasn't a small bar fridge in the room as well!

Really helpfull staff Ian at the reception is a God send. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities required. There is no elevator so big bags might give you a headache but the staff there is more than willing to help
