It is unbelivable
The only problem is the reservations, are true nightmares, plus the last time i wanted to book they said there where no family rooms in the hotel, but a couple of months back i was able to book one family room.
Also they dont have proper reservation systems, or have and are dated, they need payment prior to arrival, which is difficult, given the remote location
Improve this and it will be perfect
The workers are so friendly and warm. We were welcomed by one staff member called Trevis, and he would regularly check on us to see if we were comfortable.
The rooms have been upgraded, with modern showers and other accessories. The electric blankets ???? are always the icing of the room experience.
Wonderful scenic views of the mountains from our room made the experience Wonderful.
