Was disappointed with the lack of professionalism when dealing with an issue by a guard which should have been delt with by management. Food expensive and bland. Not a good experience at all.

The hotel is in the coldest part of Zimbabwe but yooooo, you wont even feel the cold in the rooms. The electric blankets are just a touch above the rest. I Love love love this resort! Would definitely go back.
