Previous review with bad experience updated 12 March 2024. What a great turnaround from the previous visit exactly 4 years ago. The last time I could only award 1 star due to the unprofessional and offish attitude of front desk staff. This time was the polar opposite and the reason for the well deserved 4 stars. From arrival at the gate, the security guard was very freindly and helpful. Ths reception lady was also very freindly and xourteious and went out of her way to personally show me the way to my room and also assissted with connecting to the hotel wifi. The room was spacious and well maintained and cleaned. There was a faint foul mouldy smell in the bathroom but this was my only negative experience. The restaurant service at dinner was very good and all the dishes were well prepared, professionally plated and very tasty. Well done to the management and team at The Bronte Gardens Hotel. I have stayed in many different hotels in Harare with mixed experiences. I will gladly return for my next business trip.

My favorite spot to stay in Harare - lovely gardens - staff are all consistently kind and friendly - nice to hang out in the wild date bar and breakfast is lovely overlooking the gardens. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. My only suggestions for improvement are to get an outside shower for by the pool, stop smokers sitting or standing by the dining area - and I think you need a new cross trainer in the gym.

L'incontournable d'Harare. On s'y sent très bien avec le grand jardin dans lequel il est agréable de flâner et de prendre son petit-déjeuner ou un verre après une journée de découverte.
Service correct - Restaurant convenable mais sans plus.
