What to improve:
- The staff could have provided more information about the activities and what to expect. They didn’t give us any relevant information when we checked in.
- trekking: I wish there were some signs explaining about native plants and endemic animals that can be found on the property. unfortunately we didn’t see any while trekking, but it would have been interesting to know at least something about it.
- They claim to be eco but they have a dozen deers hung at the walls and most of the interior decorations are from animals.
Also they have a buffet for dinner. I would recommend a la carte menu to reduce food waste.
HOWEVER, there are some things that were not so nice ????
- i took a full board package and went to lunch at falaise rouge. I was charged Rs500 for 2 glasses of sprite. ???????? SOOOOO EXPENSIVE ????????
- we are provided with a transport to go up to the lodges but the parking where we can keep our car is not 100% safe as we were told. So we had to take my small car up the rocky road.
ELSE, if you looking for a quiet, safe place with nice staff who are very helpful and a place where you wake up to a beautiful scenery, then ferney lodge is the place. Superb experience ????
Pour le petit déjeuner et le souper top rien à dire, le petit déjeuner était varié et complet et pour le souper la variété et la qualité étaient aussi au rendez vous!
