We were staying at the hotel and booked a table for a special occasion. When we showed up we told them we had a reservation and were told to sit anywhere on the patio section as the dinner service had not started yet, we thought this was strange as we had asked specifically for a table with a view of the beach for the occasion. We ordered drinks and sat down which was fine but then when we tried to order food they asked if we had a reservation again as they couldn’t find it in the system apparently. My fiancé had to pull up the email correspondence to prove that we did and they reluctantly sat us at a table in the restaurant but at that point we were too frustrated to stay so we just paid for our drinks and left. At the end of our stay when checking out, we found an invoice for about £150 for a ‘special beach side table set up’ which we disputed and had removed. Very unorganised and unfriendly staff, really disappointed

not open at all for public. you can starve to death or thirst they won't serve you

J’ai eu l’occasion de profiter de leurs délicieux cocktails plusieurs fois, et d’un repas. C’était formidable, je recommande !
