I am sorry that the Mozaik buffet was not per your expectations. I have shared your comments with our Chef for improvement.
We would like to apologise with regards to the flies. As we are on a tropical island, it can happen that during the rainy periods and high humidity, flies can be a nuisance. We would like to share with you that we have an ongoing treatment being done regularly by one of the best companies.
