Great hotel and the people who work there care about the guest. Special shoutout to Mozahir at the pool bar, the man is amazing and an absolute credit to the company. Avinash at Lime was standout the best chap I have met on a holiday. He engaged, remembered us and was genuinely concerned when I cut my foot. Lovely people great hotel.

Overall we have had a wonderful stay. We had first class service from Yeshven, Mo, and Avi from the the pool bar, who were always happy to deliver with a smile on their faces. Veer also went above and beyond in making our engagement as magical as possible - we are beyond grateful as the team made it thoroughly enjoyable. The location is beautiful, on the west coast ensuring a perfect view of sunset. The water sports are free for guests and are great fun - only slight downfall was the room unfortunately, our aircon was quite noisy with the occasional drip, we did raise this to reception, maintenance, took a look and said it was sorted but it continued, we chose not to raise it again and get on with it. Otherwise fabulous, thank you :)

Yes, the pool waiter is unbelievable! Always supplying drinks with a smile and a laugh. We still have 5 days but we connot speak highly enough of Yes and all of the staff at the hotel! We are loving our honeymoon stay here. Thank you

Très belle expérience au Ravenala hôtel grâce au professionnalisme du directeur et son équipe entièrement dédiée à votre confort. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la sortie en mer, le restaurant Riviera et son personnel, le cours de cuisine et la qualité des soins au sein du spa. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
