La décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres est vraiment top : très agréable, chaleureuse, naturelle.
Hormis de rares exceptions, le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse.
Equipe animation super.

I was there for 5 days workshop. I have stayed at the hotel several times before and in my opinion the standard is going down.
Firstly there is barely any parking space in the compound and most people have to park outside, sometimes over 100mts away.
The staff at the reception area are very courteous but not the ones at the restaurants and bars.
The conference room which was given to us was very basic. The projector's light was quite dim and to make things worse there were windows which had no curtains which made the projection barely visible. The conference room also had a lot of noise disturbance from outside.
The food also was ok. I only liked the pizzas and pasta. The rest of the food was unremarkable.
Overall I would call iy average.

Siamo stati in viaggio di nozze in questo resort.
È stata una bellissima settimana. Il nostro assistente di lingua italiana Ismail è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile dal nostro arrivo fino alla nostra partenza.
Il servizio in generale è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza del resort, come pure la gentilezza di tutto il personale, in particolar modo il barista e cameriere Yeshven ed i ragazzi dell'acquagym...simpaticissimi e gentili!!
La cucina sempre ottima, un po' troppo speziata per noi italiani.
Il resort offre varie attività da fare, impossibile annoiarsi.
È stata una bellissima settimana. Il nostro assistente di lingua italiana Ismail è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile dal nostro arrivo fino alla nostra partenza.
