Extremely bad experience! Stay away from this hotel. Everything is very bad! The hotel, the facilities, the room, the cleaning, the food, the service.
I have stayed with them for 3 nights recently and I cannot find one good thing of this hotel. Firstly the rooms are open to the central area of the hotel, also opened on the sushi restaurant on the first floor. That means that all the smell from the cooking is everywhere in the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are taken away from the smell of fried food! Moving around the hotel feels dirty as if it has not been properly cleaned since it was built! My room was old and full of hairs from previous guests. Long, short, dark or light. You name it, they were in my room. Many places of the room were covered in dust that had been there since ages.
The breakfast is very poor and very low quality. Service is bad and slow. On the last day I found out that they can also prepare eggs. Guess what? It is difficult to know if nobody gives you a menu or tells you what you can order for breakfast. Even the tables are not set after the previous guests leave.
I tried dinner in both the restaurants and it’s below average in both.
The Mediterranean had decent service but the food was bad! Who makes fish and chips with salmon???
The sushi restaurant is on the same level but overall the food doesn’t feel fresh or of good quality. Unfortunately there are no other dining options around.
Overall extremely bad experience. I’ll surely never book again this hotel and I suggest everyone to look elsewhere.

While the rooms are decent, the hotel is located remotely. All these are acceptable but the service is absolutely horrendous. Staff are overworked and the management are rude to a point where they just care about pointing out asking for things will be charged extra. Booking this hotel is a mistake. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Un hébergement extraordinaire pour découvrir le nord de Maurice. Ici tout est au top à commencer par l accueil souriant chaleureux et personnalisé qui vous est fait. Dès votre arrivée vous êtes choyés par les concierges qui vous font découvrir votre chambre, suite ou villa décorée avec goût et pour les chanceux (comme nous) équipée d une petite piscine vue mer qui ravie petits et grands. Deux restaurants et un bar à disposition pour le ravitaillement sans oublier l espace détente pour se faire chouchouter. Mention parfait pour personnel qui vous accompagne durant votre séjour... pas assez de superlatifs pour les qualifier! Tout le monde ici est aux petits soins pour faire de vos vacances (ou voyage pro), courtes ou longues, un moment inoubliable. Tous pourraient devenir des amis tant le contact avec les employés est simple, honnête et humain. Une formidable expérience pour débuter une quatrième décennie et un grand merci à ABH pour cette semaine de rêve !!!
