Amazing hotel to stay and enjoy Mr Mayank front front desk was amazing and just fabulous he did everything and helped us everytime and most of the important was he never let us realise that we were far away from home it felt like we are in our home !!! He was just amazing !! Kudos to you Mayank for just being excellent thanks for all what you did for us !!! Helping us to manage our reservations for restaurants

Still at the hotel, but I have to say not really very impressed waited quite awhile for our room after a 12 hour flight, then its not the room we should've had, Prestige with full sea view, we got part view no coffee machine and no cups and not enough clothes hangers. Had to ask for all of them. No mini bar in room and no premium drinks you have to pay for them. We're all inclusive so that should include everything. Entertainment next to none Beach bar closes at 3pm and the other bar dead on 11pm. In our view not 5 star. We won't be coming back. The price we paid for this hotel we could've got pure luxury in Mexico
