un séjour agréable, une bonne ambiance , le buffet bien,et les cocktail parfait (il manque juste la carte en francais)
concernant le personnel que ce soit l'accueil , l'animation , la restauration, le bar, spa, service chambre impeccable!
Mr Jim , Mr Vik, Mr Abhi qui sont devenu les tontons des enfants et plein d'autres que je n'ai pas retenu les prénoms, tous adorable, très avenants équipe animation également au top.Dommage qu'on aiment changer d'hôtels à chaque séjours gros coup de cœur pour celui la ????
Et la navette pour aller sur grand baie , la plage de mont choisi.. super service dommage qu'on a su au bout du quatrième jour on avait déjà pris des taxis qui sont un peu cher.

I spent 2 nights at ocean creeks and the experience was very nice.
The staffs are very attentive, they assist u very well, rooms are very nice and the food was superb
I really liked the activities proposed and it was well organized.
Two things that can be improved is that each and everytime we are asked which room number we were in - guests can have bands to help the staff differentiate between different packages that were paid for.
Tables that were reserved were not mentioned as reserved and had to be moved to non reserved tables on 2 occasions
otherwise the experience is lovely and i would highly recommend to go with family

Good hotel but can't give client a little snack on the pool bar during the day it's available only at 6pm ???????? even there was snack the barmen refuse to give
