THE WESTIN TURTLE BAY RESORT & SPA

We had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort and Spa Mauritius from 08.11.23 to 20.11.23.

The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The view of the sea and the white sandy beach was breathtaking. The whole resort was very well maintained.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent. The staff was always friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome from day one.

The rooms at the resort were comfortable and clean. Beds and amenities 1A.

The food was delicious. There was a wide variety of food and the quality was excellent. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet as well as dinner which offered a variety of options. All the staff were always attentive and friendly. Thank you for the little surprises...

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort and Spa Mauritius. The location, service, rooms and food were all first class. We can definitely recommend this resort!

Schöne Hotelanlage, Frühstücksbuffet und Nachtessenbuffert sehr fein und abwechslungsreich.
Wer Wert auf einen Traumstrand legt, wird hier wohl enttäuscht. Einstieg ins Meer durch Steine etwas schwierig.
Je nach Zimmer etwas ringhörig.
Auschecken dauert zu lange, Personal nicht alle gleich freundlich und kompetent.

Very nice hotel and my room has a great view. The beach is also very nice.

The room cleaning lady, Varousha, was very sweet and even took this picture for me.

The breakfast was good, I especially liked the fruit of the day themed items and the food from Kangan was nice too.

Séjour exceptionnel au Westin Turtle Bay dans un cadre idyllique et une ambiance luxueuse et détendue. L’hôtel est beau et bien pensé, très bien entretenu, la végétation magnifique, la restauration ultra qualitative. Les mauriciens sont connus pour leur sens de l’accueil, les équipes du Westin le font vivre avec passion. Merci à tous et en particulier à Emy le sourire du petit déjeuner, Angèle et Pamela, Preeti et Vaisha du Spa, Seam aux petits soins, et bien sûr le Chef!

Our stay has been wonderful, all the facilities are incredible, the room is a spectacle.
The cleaning is great, they change the towels several times a day and they provide you with bottles of water every day.
I spent my birthday at this hotel and they made it one of the most special of my life.

Now we want to mention Jameel, thank you for your kindness, hospitality, generosity and your professionalism, it is a pity that we could not speak your language well to be able to communicate with you, I hope your dreams come true soon.

Cedric, Keyshan, Samuel. You are cracks. And Seam thank you for your hospitality.

And finally, thank you to Ravi (somelier) not only because he made our stay truly wonderful but because we took a true friend to Spain.
