Très bel hôtel avec plusieurs petites zones ce qui le rend plutôt intimiste et as industriel. Le lieu est sublime.

Le personnel est dans l'ensemble très sympathique
La nourriture est bonne et variée. Par contre, grosse déception avec le Banyan où le tofu sauté et la crêpe au gingembre n'avaient strictement aucun goût.
Sur les boissons, beaucoup de choix avec alcool. Mais si vous ne buvez pas d'alcool, seulement 3 mocktails, très frustrant !
Déçue sur les activités : dans le all inclusive, il était noté tennis et golf inclus. Cela est en fait payant puisqu'il faut payer pour les balles et les raquettes et clubs... donc pas du tout inclus. Oubliez aussi le ping pong (table abîmée et balles toutes cassées).
Le snorkelling est agréable même s'il y a peu de poissons.

Wir waren für 12 Tage dort und hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt: Wünsche wurden schon bevor man sie aussprechen konnte erfüllt.
Das komplette Servicepersonal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, sei es am paradiesischen Strand, in einem der tollen Restaurants gewesen oder das stets präsente Housekeeping! Die luxuriösen Zimmer und die wunderschöne Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit über Tag etliche Wassersportaktivitäten kostenlos auszuprobieren und darin eingeführt zu werden. Das Resort und Personal spiegeln die Gastfreundlichkeit und Offenheit der Mauritier sehr gut wieder, sodass wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden, da auch die Insel sehr abwechslungsreich ist und es somit immer lohnenswert sein wird! Vom hiking bis Schnorcheln - Mauritius hat für jeden was zu bieten - und das Maritim hat seinen Namen als Luxusresort in jeglicher Hinsicht verdient! Wir waren begeistert!

An excellent resort – highly recommended.

There was some initial confusion over my booking (which was my fault!) but as soon as I bought this to the attention of the Management, they moved extremely quickly to resolve to all party’s satisfaction and I cannot thank them enough for such professional and friendly service.

My wife and I booked this resort to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and were both delighted with it. The venue itself offered a wide range of facilities all of which we found to be excellent, the variety of restaurant options provided flexibility for our eating choices and again we found the food at all to be superbly presented and tasting. The staff here were, without exception, very friendly and could not do enough for us - constantly checking all was well but in a manner that was not obtrusive and ensuring everything was as required. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough and thank them all for a truly excellent and memorable stay.

Wir waren zu zweit als Paar dort und es war einer der besten Urlaube die wir je genießen durften. Eine riesige sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage, auf welcher man allein schon viel zu erkunden hat. Auch der Strand ist schön groß und sauber (Perfekt für Schnorchler, da direkt ein kleines Riff vor dem Hotel ist).

Auch unser Zimmer war ein Traum. Sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Auch der Ausblick aufs Meer vom Balkon war traumhaft.

Ein besonderes Lob auch an die Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Alle samt sehr hilfsbereit und es wurde immer so lange herumtelefoniert oder weitergefragt, bis unsere Probleme oder Fragen gelöst/beantwortet wurden. Auch die Mitarbeiter des Kofferservice sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und zeigen einem das gesamte Zimmer mit allen Features und erwarten dafür kein Trinkgeld. Trotzdem verdienen sie dieses :).

Alles in allem einfach ein sehr erholsamer und traumhaft schöner Urlaub bei welchem man auch außerhalb des Hotel viel erleben kann. Doch auch wenn man im Hotel bleibt kann man viel sehen und es sich einfach nur gut gehen lassen. Würde ja eigentlich 6/5 Sternen geben.

I'd like to say a huge thanks to all of the staff, but especially Bachoo and Dinesh (at the beach bar), Yevin (at the restaurant near the lobby), Ganesh (at the pool bar) and Kavita (the guest services manager). I went in August and I have to say, I had a lovely time. The hotel staff were always accommodating, especially towards people with dietary needs and were very polite and The spa was also amazing but children under 18 could not use all the facilities so keep that in mind when you go.
