(1) there was no hot water in the bathroom, had informed the staff 2 times but still no action was taken;
(2) regarding food there was no great variety. Had expected there would be some local food combination or even a buffet but was disappointed. Regarding breakfast also, i think they were cutting costs. If you are late for breakfast, you may have only bread and butter;
(3) had hoped for some entertainment during our stay but was disappointed again;
(4) there was no tv connection in our room
Hope the shortcoming will be taken into consideration. Tnx
No swimming towels available there.
Restaurant & bar are closed as from 20h30, no animation.
Limited food option, specially for the breakfast.
Some employees has been very rude, no customer service.
The good point is the hotel location.
