Worst experience. NOT RECOMMENDED. Paid 1500rs surplus for New Year Eve dinner just to have grilled chicken and lamb still raw and cold...IT WAS A DISGUSTING DINNER!!! Breakfast was never served on time.. on the 1st Jan, had to wait for almost 1hr before breakfast was served.
Staffs were very welcoming..Beautiful views.. stars go only for staffs and views.. Otherwise WORST STAY ever above all for a new year eve...I REGRET CHOOSING THIS AUBERGE. RUIN OUR HOLIDAY.

●Staff was very friendly
●rooms/place was clean
●food management was not good at all. Breakfast supposed to be serve as from 7 30am but for three days breakfast was serve as from 7h55. Today 1st January 2024 breakfast was served after 8hr30 making clients waiting. There were no staff in the morning.
On 31 december dinner was discusting! Paid rs1500 surplus for dinner, grilled RAW lamb and RAW chicken was served! lack of food/drinks on the table as there were around 20guest.
Shortage of staff.
●pool was very dirty, dead animals and insects in the pool. When talking to the staff for cleaning it. They only said the owner is not here he had a breakdown on the road.

We have had a great stay at Eden Bay Hotel. Warm welcome, delicious food and great service. The staff members did their best to ensure that our stay was memorable. Well recommended !

Expensive for what it offers, regular food with a high price.
