Excellente activité ! Ballade à travers les vignobles très agréable avec une vue superbe sur les vignes et les châteaux. Merci à notre guide Fred qui nous a promené avec le sourire du début à la fin ????

We were very disappointed. We filled out the form online to reserve a spot on the winelover’s tour. There is no option to actually make a reservation. I honestly can’t say whether I got a reply so a few days before our tour I filled out the form again requesting the same tour at the same time. I received a reply saying there was no availability for any of the wine lovers tours but that they had a 10am pleasure tour we could go on. I explained that I had requested a reservation sometime ago and asked if they could check their reservations for our names. If they do not have us on the reservation to please reserve two spots for the 10am pleasure tour. I never received a reply again. We tried calling their phone number but it was just a prerecorded message and no chance to leave a message. So we showed up at 10am only to find no one there. When we went back at 11am they said they did not see my email until this morning and they didn’t have any availability. Their 11am tour only had 4 people in it. Just proceed with caution when requesting a reservation, make sure they confirm all communications. We were very excited for this tour and in the end VERY DISAPPOINTED in how they handled this.

Très beau parcourt a travers les vignobles alsaciens. Des guides au top qui prennent le temps pour vous expliquer les différences entre les vignobles et les façons de cultiver.
Une activité au top a recommandé.

Très belle promenade en segway accompagné de Pierre qui a su transmettre ses connaissances viticoles au milieu de magnifiques paysages. Les différents points de vue, tant sur les vignes que sur les montagnes et villages sont vraiment superbes. Une dégustation de vins pour terminer et nous voilà repartis avec plein de bons souvenirs.
Je recommande cette activité.
