Pretty good but they have to do something with cats on the parking lot. Unfortunately we have witnessed kitten ran over by a car in front of us because the driver didn’t check his wheels. This experience ruined the whole impression of our stay. Idk what maybe building small cats house on the side of the hotel or walking guests over and helping them check.
Otherwise, room service was a bit slow. One time we waited for a backet of ice 1,5h. 1.5h Karl! (At first they brought a small one, then in 30 mins again a small one and finally we got the one we needed). Also I don’t get why room service does not communicate with the restaurant. I had to go to the restaurant to buy a bottle of Prosecco because room service simply had one option for Champaign.
Good views and good rooms.
Sauna was not hot (and I’m not a person who loves it hot but it was cold even for me). However indoor pool has a really good view. Steam room wasn’t really steamy. It felt like you are in a big shower room.
