I punti di forza: sono la posizione, il panorama, il giardino molto curato e con piante esotiche, le piscine a sfioro con vista sul mare al tramonto, molto pulito, ben frequentato, personale gentile e professionale. Punti negativi: accesso un po' scomodo con stradina stretta e non curata, camere un po' vecchie, prezzi un po' troppo alti. Nel complesso molto buono, ci torno ogni anno in primavera

A true scam. For two people they made us paying 220€ per night with breakfast in October informing us only at the checkout. All this for a normal room where floor has never been cleaned during the entire week, old dirty towels, a dirtiness and low quality all around the room. We found cockroaches in the room and nothing was done. The area is also full of mosquitoes.
Once I left few grapefruit grains at breakfast and they didn’t allow me to take them with me. Another time they complained for having asked for a glass of water to be on my water bottle saying that the water is for there only.
Externals are allowed to daily enter park and swimming pools making the atmosphere really crowded and noisy.

Never never never again.

Vorrei estendere un plauso alla front office manager nonchè figlia della proprietà non solo per la sua estrema professionalità, ma per la sua reale dedizione alla soddisfazione degli ospiti.
Lei è la conferma che, anche se non c’è risoluzione concreta del problema (nel nostro caso vi è stato con tanto di apprezzamento), l’empatia e il reale desiderio a voler soddisfare l’ospite è sufficiente a creare un’esperienza positiva. L’attitudine non si può insegnare ,ma di certo di può migliorare,cosa che invece consiglierei alle due receptionist.
Grazie, ritorneremo.

Bel posto molto fine e bello curato nei minimi dettagli ambiente molto selezionato e la struttura offre 4 piscine termali con tutti i comfort che dire massimo relax

We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days and had a lovely experience. The hotel itself was charming, not “fancy” but felt and looked authentic. Four thermal pools were well maintained and clean with many lounge chairs available poolside. The landscaping was beautiful and well groomed. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast had a nice variety of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, many sweets, eggs and juices. The only drawback is the number of stairs needed to climb to navigate the property. It would be difficult for a person with limited mobility to get around (not impossible, but difficult).
