The room we received was a BUNGALOW COMFORT that we paid extra for, but it had absolutely nothing! It's full of insects in the room, and you can't sleep at night! The bed is very uncomfortable and so small that I, with a height of 180 cm, had my feet hanging off the edge of the bed. You don't get a towel, soap, toothpaste, or the basics that other hotels provide. The food quality was decent, but not at all worth the price we paid.
It feels like a waste of my time and money.
