Unfortunately the room, especially the bathroom needs some makeover, the pool was to cold to enjoy for longer even though we visited in the middle of august. For the price I expect a more varied breakfast

Welcome was not really nice, we just get the keys and room was shown, but not even told where and when the breakfast is, what to do/visit around the hotel, where the pool and sauna are, etc.. This is expectes for this kind of "heritage" hotel.
We have been in more than 200 hotels around the world, but honestly this is not the hotel with good price/performance.
Hotel is near the highway and so there is constant noise from cars... It is really loud. Outside pool is nice but was too cold as it is not heated. Inside pool is small and very old, sauna too.
Rooms are old and needed much renovation, there were a lot of ants in the room, coming from every hole, so this is really terrible. Don't recommend at all. Worth maximum 60-80€ per night for 2.
2 stars just because the breakfast, otherwise 1.
Very, very nicely arranged with old and new elements.
Has small sauna with indoor and outdoor pool for top relaxing moments.
Very hi class service with fine dining and great schef. Michellin knows about it. ;)
If you can forget about expence for a day, go there and enyoj.
Staff is amazingly nice and well educated (lots of knowledge about the origins of food and wines).
Parking nearby.
Food was great, they cover all kinds but I do suggest you order degustation menu. Awesome mix and easy on the eyes and tasty.
