The ambiance and offerings at Madera are truly delightful. The diverse menu, complemented by an excellent cocktail selection, caters to a range of tastes. Whether dining in the restaurant or ordering room service, every meal was a wonderful experience.

My stay at the Rosewood Sand Hill was an exceptionally memorable experience. The staff was excellent, going above and beyond in their service. Rosewood exuded true luxury, I will definitely be coming back.
Despite the rainy weather outside, the views inside were stunning—there isn’t a bad table in the big, open space. The woodsy vibe of the restaurant is very intimate and romantic. We ordered the oysters, carrot humus, burrata, and bread for appetizers. The oysters were so fresh and light! My husband raved about the zataar seasoning on the humus and I couldn’t get enough of the burrata with pomegranate seeds. We decided to order the (whole!) duck, with sides of Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and the potatoes with chive creme fraiche. The duck literally melted in our mouths. Such great flavor! It was absolutely massive and could have easily been split with 2 or more people. The little potatoes with creme fraiche were delicious and a perfect side for the duck. For dessert we ordered the cruller donut with ice cream—light and fluffy, sweet treat.
I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at Madera! The ambiance, the service, the food… made for a perfect birthday celebration date night. We will absolutely be back!
