Had an amazing experience staying for 4 days and nights. The service was excellent and efficient. Good food and service at the restaurant, loved our room and room service. The linen robes and slippers, and overall ambiance was stellar. Can’t wait to visit other locations

Best sushi around. Super clean hotel. Posh vibes. Close to lots of shops, food and the Stanford mall

A renovated senior living facility, the rooms are small and as often happens with design hotels the rooms are lacking practical items (such as a hand shower). We had stained sheets so something is not right. Food however was good for dinner. They are not really set up however for good service at breakfast. A pity as we love the japanese breakfast bento. Overall therefore it is over priced for the offering.
- Beautiful interior
- Button-operated window shades are really cool, if a little slow
- Toilet seat opened up when it sensed your presence, and had a fully featured bidet
- Room itself wasn't too glamorous, but adequate and comfortable.
