Fabulous cheese shop with a lovely collection of goat and sheep cheese. The lady there was very helpful with recommendations. The fresh goat cheese with “Banbois” was lovely with a hint of tanginess. It was great they have a smaller-than-typical size Gaperon, which was excellent. The Fleur de brebis was gorgeous - I wish I had bought a bigger slice. Would be back next time I visit Colmar.
