Nel cuore di Colmar sono stato all’Atelier des Saveurs e ho trovato subito ogni dettaglio curato con gusto: il personale è preparato, cordiale e velocissimo (senza mai perdere il sorriso!). I piatti? Ottimi sapori tra creatività e tradizione, presentati con eleganza e originalità. Ogni portata è una piccola opera d’arte – e no, non stiamo esagerando! Se cercate un’esperienza culinaria che coccoli il palato e l’umore, questo è il posto giusto. Complimenti a tutta la squadra… tornerò volentieri! ????.

The service is not very welcome. The waiters are rude and do not want to interact with their guests. Expensive for what you get. Do not recommend the restaurant.
This is an extremely indifferent restaurant. It’s unclear whether the owner was present, but at the very least, all the staff—both male and female—were very cold. I passed by with an elderly person and a child around noon. Seeing that the place wasn’t busy, we thought we’d have a quick meal. I asked two nearby staff members: the bartender glanced at me but said nothing, and the waitress carrying a tray simply told me to move aside, without answering my question. We waited a few minutes, but no one ever responded whether we could dine there. Better to choose a restaurant with welcoming staff—it really affects the mood of your trip.
