Tout à été super, de l'accueil aux conseils en passant par les essayages. La personne qui vous reçoit est de très bons conseils, patiente et visiblement passionnée par son métier. Elle a su répondre à ma demande et je ne peux que la recommander. Un large choix dans cette chapellerie avec un côté pour les femmes et un côté pour les hommes. Qualité...rien à redire.

We entered just before noon when they were about to close for lunch, but these 2 ladies were so patient and helped us find the right hat (which was a yellow French beret) and gave us advise on how to wear and look after it. Such a pleasant shopping experience, even though we had limited French, we were treated kindly and respectfully.

My mom and I were looking for no tourist hats that would last more than a few uses. We found this place and read mixed reviews.
Our experience was pleasant. The person there assisted in finding just the right hat for us. The only downside was the price. Most were €30 and higher.
She did take her time with us and it felt very personable. We would recommend this store if your on the market for a good hat. Be prepared to spend though.

2024年5月18日に訪問。

コルマールを訪れたら必ずこのお店で帽子を、
という夢がついに叶いました。
華やかなショーウィンドウ、シックな店内、
上品な親しみを感じさせる、フランス語オンリーのマダム（彼女の美しいフランス語の説明は、聴いているだけでうっとりします）と英語も流暢な男性に対応していただき、
素晴らしく好みで曲線の形が絶妙な、最高にエレガントな帽子を3点も選ぶことが出来ました。うち2点は完全なフランス製と聞き、本当に嬉しかったです。
しっかりした造りなので、帰国のためスーツケースに入れた2点は全く型崩れせず（但し私はパッキングの上級者です、念のため）、被っては頭にフィットして強めの風でも揺るぎもしません。
紳士用の帽子は入り口が別になっており、どちらにもカジュアルな帽子も置いてありますが、ひとつとして観光客向けの安物はありません。

複雑な歴史を経て尚、このような美しい装身具の専門店が継承されていることに、コルマールの誇りを見た想いでした。
マダム、ムシュウ、本当にありがとう。
Chapellerie WALDVOGELの帽子とヘッドドレスは一生の宝物です。

Une magnifique boutique, qui se donne beaucoup de mal pour satisfaire le client et nous offre chaque année un magnifique spectacle de Noël sur leur façade ‼️Je passe chaque jour devant et je me prends souvent à rêver de porter quelques chapeaux.
Je m'en suis offert un et c'est une qualité incroyable. On se plonge dans la peau d'une princesse ‼️????????Avec toute ma gratitude à la chapellerie????????????????????????????????

I was two times a client at this hat shop. First of all, this shop is not one of those tourist scams. Locals will tell you the shop has been there since forever. Secondly, the ladies working there certainly know what they are doing. They suggested me an elegant Panama hat which fits me perfectly. Lastly, please note that they also sell gloves for men and women (wool and leather selections available). There gloves are of good quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend shopping here

Wonderful and helpful staff with a very wide range of hat styles. The ladies will definitely be honest with their opinions, so beware if they think a hat does not suit you, but that is exactly what we need.

Une boutique hors du temps. Ambiance soignée et feutrée, je suis une fidèle depuis des années. Des vendeuses chaleureuses qui ont un œil avisé et trouveront toujours le chapeau qui collera à votre personnalité et votre style. Le savoir-faire à la française et l'authenticité voilà ce qui caractérise cette très belle boutique.
