Absolutely the best. The Staff make ALL the difference, the staff at reception are polite, well educated, well dressed and respectful. It makes the difference. It is extremely pleasant to arrive and see smiling faces after a long day’s work. Everything is in its place, « ship shape » one might say, it is the kind of hotel that you want to leave as clean as you found it. A shining star among hotels and my personal preference when staying in Colmar. I cannot thank the staff enough, each for their investment. Bravo!
Très bon accueil personnel sympathique . Le seul problème Sur mon application avec mon abonnement club je ne reçois pas mes points
Sinon ras .je retournerai certainement.
