Ce n'est pas la première fois que je choisis cette hôtel pour visiter Colmar en famille. Une découverte dans un voyage professionnel et je réserverai que ici. L'équipe est super gentille, ils nous ont fait "un planning personnalisé" des choses à faire, à visiter... ????bref! Génial

Hotel perfecto, el desayuno está muy bien. La cama muy cómoda, los baños están bastante bien me gusta mucho la ducha. Sale agua caliente eso me gusta mucho. Una tele q se ve bastante bien y es muy fácil de utilizar. El personal del hotel es muy amable y me ha resuelto las dudas que tenía. Tiene una máquina de comida mismo entrar y a muy buen precio. También tiene para rellenar tu botella que eso está muy bien.

The rooms are simlar to what you would get if you spent the night at the local police station and that's being kind. The staff were friendly and the location is great.

Very small room but all necessary bathroom facilities were squeezed in. It was all cleaned to an acceptable standard. Noisy, every door could be heard closing and voices carried so not a settled night's sleep. I would not have wanted more than a one night stay but at the price in a busy gourmet area it was acceptable.

Dar erhalten Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Gebrauchte Tücher, voller Abfalleimer und durchwühltes Bett. Haben ein anderes erhalten ohne kommentar und Entschuldigung der Reception....

L'horreur!!! L'accueil était sympathique, mais le service était médiocre. L'heure d'arrivée convenue a été dépassée et nous avons dû attendre longtemps. Les chambres sont minuscules, on voit dans les douches et il n'y a pas de placards.

très décu de l'hotel , j'ai déjà été dans plusieurs ibis et toujours été content de la literie et autre mais dans celui ci , une chambre a 150 euros avec petit déjeuner et meme pas un sur matelas , un matelas de 10 cm d'épais très inconfortable , un oreiller qui n' a rien d'un oreiller , faudrait peut etre penser a les changer parfois , équipement de la chambre quasi inexistant , les machines en panne a la réception pour le café et amuses geules. Un petit déjeuner ou bcp de choses manquent. Par contre la situation de cet hotel et son parking sont très bien.

Hotel senza infamia e senza lode per quanto riguarda le dimensioni della camera e la colazione, tutto nella media. Il vero punto di forza è la posizione: comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Colmar a piedi. Molto apprezzato anche il garage chiuso e coperto, perfetto per chi viaggia in moto come noi. Una scelta pratica per una sosta comoda e sicura.

No check inn clerk which I knew about after hours, the self check inn was not working. Got help from night watch person which was wonderful. But then I was called / woken up 0700 and advised I needed to pay... would have been no issue if not this early :-)

Hotel correcto para una noche. Buena ubicación y acceso a parking. Habitación pequeña y básica pero correcta.
Lo peor, el olor a humo de tabaco que entraba en la habitación. El hotel no tiene culpa de clientes incívicos, pero sí de no tener detector de humos.

The location was very good.
However, the hotel was a bit run-down. The mattress was very bad, the shower hardly worked at all.

Everything was lacking at breakfast: too few staff, buffet totally empty, no cutlery, no crockery.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen.
Es ist aber etwas heruntergekommen. Die Matratze war total durchgelegen, aus der Dusche kam nahezu kein Wasser und das abwechselnd heiß und kalt.

Das Frühstück wäre in Ordnung, aber es gab viel zu wenig Personal. Deshalb waren nahezu alle Speisen vergriffen. Besteck und Geschirr waren ebenfalls aus und wir mussten Löffel etc. teilen. Trinken konnten wir gar nicht, weil es uns nicht gelang, eine Tasse oder ein Glas zu ergattern.

I stayed at one night only and slept very well. The rooms are little small but its good enough for short stays. The room was clean and neat. The location is good . Close to everywhere

Chambre réservée pour une nuit pour raison professionnelle.
Ménage impeccable, eau chaude nickel et bonne pression sous la douche.
Et surtout, personnel super sympa et attentionné ! Toujours un sourire et un mot gentil.
