Location was great, reception and room cleaning staff super. Room was excellent and clean.
Breakfast was disappointing for selection and quality of food and service. Concierge was very helpful when used, but sometimes hard to locate them.

very friendly staff, nice room, very good breakfast. On the negative side: only 1 hour free SPA and then having to pay. In a five star hotel. And we have to book a slot. I wasn't aware of that when booking. We very also not able to change the room temperature to the desired level and the experience in the recommended restaurant was a bit unexpected as well. WiFi wasn't working propperly. And getting a seperate drink menue with only a small drink selection for my voucher (Platinum) is greedy.
