The hotel and staff are terrific. We stayed for 3 nights in room 106 and it was a beautiful, comfortable and very clean room with a balcony and view of the park. The property is modern but very warm. The staff was very attentive from the moment we checked in. The bar and lounge is very inviting and the bar staff very friendly and the drinks inventive. The seasonal music and bar in The Chalet was festive and fun. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay that feels like a respite in the city.

not sure why the ratings are so high, this is not worth the hype. when we first checked in, the receptionist had an attitude and we didn’t have the best experience. the room is modern but not functional, where the bathroom doesn’t have a sink and you have to go to another room to wash hands. and there was hair on the pillow and grossed us out. also not all the outlets worked properly so it wasn’t as convenient when you’re charging a phone or laptop. the temperature in the room didn’t go below 24c and it was so hot the entire night, we asked the receptionist and they weren’t helpful again. the only nice part was the bellman who helped us carry our luggages. the location is about a 10min walk to downtown, not the closest imo. we will not come back

Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and were more than happy to help with any request. Room was very nice and the spa services included were a delight to visit.
