Context:-
Asked for a medium rare veal steak. Got a well done piece of meat on a hot plate. The waitress (Naomi) then was rude with antagonising expression. The meal was returned with the steak cut up.
The Dish was removed from the bill which was VERY appreciated. We offered to compensate with a healthy tip but the waitress refused to accept the tip. Felt very uncomfortable and slightly discriminated.
Extremely rude behaviour put a damper on our evening.
