A MUST in Colmar. Found this little gem of a restaurant by doing research online. Naturally sourced ingredients. Lovely atmosphere. Great menu. Great wine/beer list. Prices reasonable and include a flexible prix fixe.

To taste as many dishes as possible our family of 3 ordered diff starters mains and desserts that we cross tasted. Every single one was exquisite. The service was friendly and attentive with good wine recommendations.

We had such a lovely experience here – the team were incredibly friendly and genuinely accommodating, even though the place was busy. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The brunch was superb – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. A real highlight of our visit to Colmar. Highly recommended!

It’s a small and beautiful restaurant in Colmar. We ordered oysters, trout and asparagus. They were all outstanding. The oysters were fresh and great pairing with muscat. The trout was cooked just right. The almonds on top added flavour and texture to the fish. The ham was ordinary but the asparagus was the highlight.
