Das Essen war ohne Zweifel tadellos. Der Service war ok, aber teils etwas steif und unpersönlich.

This restaurant was recommended by my hotel. It is recommended by Michelin and has a 14 from Gault Millau. However, I understand it formerly was a 1 star at Michelin but lost the star. I was sorely disappointed. The service was not genuine. Both the presentation and execution of the cuisine was ordinary. I was in Colmar for 2 weeks for winery visits, so ate at many restaurants during that time in Colmar and surrounding villages. Bord'eau had the worst Price/Quality ratio. I do not recommend based not only on my multi course meal but also on the meals of my four companions.

Exzellentes, kreatives Menu, sehr guter Service. Hebt sich wohltuend ab von den vielen Touristenfallen in der Stadt.
