Le Bistrot des Copains in Colmar is a charming spot right by the cathedral! The rustic-modern vibe and warm atmosphere make it a great place to enjoy French cuisine. The tarte flambée and salmon with spaetzle were delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the welcoming feel. Perfect location for a meal while exploring Colmar’s historic center.
