We ordered the USA beef burger, beef cutlet, and salt coarse beef—but unfortunately, none of the dishes met our expectations. We requested all beef to be cooked medium well, but what arrived was mostly undercooked—closer to medium rare or even raw in the case of the beef cutlet.
The sides, like the salad and mashed potatoes, were ….. just take a look at the photo. The salt coarse beef was the only item that was somewhat acceptable. The USA burger was drowned in sauce, and the chopped steak was just average at best.
Disappointing overall, especially given how far off the doneness was from what we ordered.

Super restaurant à Colmar. Que ce soit pour boire un verre ou manger vous êtes très bien accueillis par tous les serveurs. Ils sont super sympa , aux petits soins. Et ce qui est dans votre assiette est copieux et délicieux. La salade de pot au feu une superbe découverte . Nous n hesiterons pas a y revenir si on repasse par Colmar
Le choux et l'ecrasé de pommes de terre semblent faits maison.
Serveurs de bon conseil et efficaces.
Terrasse sympa.
Nous avons passé une excellente soirée.
