Das Essen sowie der Service waren gut, es gibt die Auswahl an Gerichten, welche im Elsass zu erwarten sind. Trotz grossem Andrang hat alles gut geklappt und die Gerichte waren zeitnah auf dem Tisch. Preis- Leitungsverhältnis stimmt. Nebst der Auswahl gemäss Menükarte, gibt es noch Tagesspezialitäten, welche zur Auswahl stehen. Da die Terrasse sich auf einem Platz und nicht in einer engen Gasse befindet, ist die Akustik sowie die Ambiance gerade bei heissen Temperaturen angenehm.

Wonderful, welcoming restaurant with great food. I had delicious country pâté followed by duck magret. My partner had steak followed by Kügelhopf ice cream. Also delicious. Only niggle, my partner was not asked how he wants his steak. It was brought medium, which is fine and was very tasty, but they should have asked. Great service, apart from that one forgotten question. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Sehr schöner Ort mit Terrasse. Problematisch ist die Preispolitik. Wir waren ein grössere Gruppe. Wenn man nicht eine ganzes Menu nimmt (2- oder 3-Gänger) muss man absurde Preise zahlen für einen einzelnen Teller. Zum Beispiel kostet dann eine einfache (!) Suppe 19 Euro! Das ist Wucher.
Ich kann verstehen, dass man keine Gäste will, die die besten Plätze besetzen und bei kleinster Konsumation ewig sitzen bleiben. Wir haben alle gegessen und getrunken und sind dann gleich wieder los. Hier hätte man Augenmass anwenden müssen. So ist das nicht in Ordnung.
Das Essen selber war mittelprächtig. Die Portionen sind eher knapp bemessen und der Service war zweigeteilt. Der eine junge Herr hat seinen Job super gemacht, die andere Dame war fast schon frech.

Bistro mit völlig überteuerten Preisen an toller Lage mitten in Colmar. Für jede Vorspeise EUR 19.00 und jede Hauptspeise EUR 28.00. Das Essen ist sehr fade, nicht schmackhaft und extrem überteuert. Die Pommes der Kindermenüs waren dunkelbraun und ungeniessbar. Der Service unmotiviert und frech. Wir wurden aufgefordert, die Teller zusammen zu stellen und dem Servicepersonal zu reichen.

Slow service and cold food.
It took us two hours to get through just a starter and a main course. We also had to ask about the dessert, because after 20 minutes (they had already brought the teaspoons to the table), it still hadn’t arrived.

Bill: They have a particular pricing formula that includes either a starter + main course or a main course + dessert for €33. Otherwise, the main course alone has a fixed price of €28, regardless of what you order.

Payment: We paid by card, and as we were leaving the restaurant, the waiter ran after us saying we had been charged for another table’s bill and asked us to pay the difference. It was true, so we paid without complaining, but it was really the icing on the cake after an extremely slow service and dishes that were cold by the time they reached our table.

We werden getrokken door de sfeer want zowel het terras als het restaurant ziet er sfeervol uit. Helaas was onze verdere ervaring negatief. De eendenborst was droog en de ceasar salade te zout en doordrenkt met olie. Ook was de kip taai. De bediening leek op het eerste gezicht gezellig maar toen 1 persoon geen wijn dronk ging dat gepaard met een duidelijk oordeel en “no fun”. Dat we een toetje wilde delen en geen jagermeister shot of grand manier wilde werd ons niet in dank afgenomen. Daarnaast werd een jong personeelslid continue in het bijzijn van alle gasten afgekat. Je zag en merkte duidelijk dat hij het er moeilijk mee had omdat hij juist zo zijn best deed. Tot slot kon er bij het vertrek geen tot ziens of fijne avond vanaf.

The food was very good but I was charged extra because I was the only one ordered food and my other guest was not ordering any food. On the menu there is a deal for about 36 Chf for an appetizer, main course, and dessert. I did not get the deal and they charged me nearly twice that amount. The waiter we had also was not very pleasant. He walked passed us multiple times as we pleaded for him to get us water but he ignored us. Food was good but I wouldn’t come again.

Nous sommes venus pour déguster des plats alsaciens et être conseillés sur le vin, et nous n’avons vraiment pas été déçus ! Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur un serveur qui nous a parfaitement orientés dans nos choix, un saisonnier plein d’humour qui a su mettre l’ambiance, et une serveuse très professionnelle. Côté cuisine, c’était tout simplement excellent : des saveurs authentiques, des plats généreux, on s’est régalés du début à la fin. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment bien pensé, rien d’excessif au vu de la qualité proposée. Aucune fausse note, que du plaisir et aucun regret !

We had a superb meal and time at this restaurant. We had booked for 7pm and were able to be seated outside at a table by the flowers. It meant we had good space around us. The waitress was very pleasant and our food was not rushed. Happy to recommend this restaurant. Loved the big profiterole!

Le restaurant est très bien situé. Nous avons mangé a l'extérieur avec vue sur une petite place avec fontaine. Entrée plat dessert pour 38€ avec une qualité incroyable. Nous avons même eux deux verres offerts parce que l'attente était trop longue. Un des meilleurs restaurants que l'on ai fait. Merci beaucoup ! Petit plus pour le magret à l'orange et la crème brûlée !!

Servirea se face cu programare. Au niște asocieri foarte ciudate, chiar neinspirate: păstrăv fiert cu varză fiartă care are aromă de bacon și cartofi fierți. Melcii aveau textură de cauciuc. Profiterolul total fără gust: gogoașa din făină și apă, tare, nu e deloc însiropat. Atenție la modul de alegere a meniului.

Nous sommes venus deux fois et nous avons eu à deux reprises une très bonne expérience au Bistrot des Lavandières. Au delà du cadre très agréable et idéalement situé, le personnel est très accueillant, on y mange très bien, les quantités sont bien proportionnées, la cuisine est à la fois simple (même les personnes un peu difficile peuvent y trouver leur compte !) et à la fois recherchée et travaillée. A recommander sans problème
