Unglaublich unfreundliches und unwilliges Personal wenn man des Französischen nicht mächtig ist. Auch sprach niemand Englisch, da ignoriert man lieber die Gäste und ihre Wünsche. Dafür sind die kleinen Portionen sehr teuer und nicht besonders gut und schmackhaft zubereitet. In anderen Lokalen in Colmar sind wir wesentlich freundlicher bedient worden. Es war ein sehr unbehagliches Essen, da wir uns unwillkommen fühlten. Sicher nie wieder!

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre récente expérience à l’arpège, malgré un bon nombre de recommandations… après, tout ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde et c’est ok ! Le cadre est magnifique, la déco et la vaisselle également. Néanmoins pour ce qui est de la cuisine, je me pose énormément de questions. Je n’ai pas trouvé les plats goûteux, leur présentation n’était vraiment pas incroyable et le rapport qualité prix est d’après moi, très mauvais (niveau semi gastro et cela ne le vaut absolument pas). Le service était cordiale mais un élément nous a perturbé : nous avons été servis par 8 personnes différentes à peu près… ce n’est pas dans nos habitudes. Je pensais malheureusement vivre une meilleure expérience pour le prix ! J’ai l’impression que tout se joue sur l’emplacement et la décoration, qui soyons honnêtes, sont superbes !

Outstanding from the moment we sat down! Such a beautiful restaurant! We made a reservation 3 weeks in advance from Canada and I’m glad we did. We requested outdoor seating and it was lovely! The staff was very friendly and explained the menu perfectly! We had the Menu du Jour entrée,plat and dessert.
I choose the vegetarian option and my husband chose the fish option but with the vegetarian soup. The presentation and taste was outstanding for every dish and an amazing presentation!! One of our favourite meals of the trip! We can see why it is rated so highly! There is a lot of thought and passion involved in their food!

An absolute gem of a restaurant. New location with gorgeous garden & lovely interior. Service with the team is the star … brilliant, helpful & wonderful chemistry across the team.
Wonderful menu! Loved my bisque starter & fish main; & my wife foie gras & duck great. Don’t miss the desserts as they’re delicious & clearly a passion project.
Wines by the glass best selection we had in Colmar (cost higher yes, but fare superior quality worthy of the meal).

Très très belle découverte.

Cadre superbe et soigné, personnes très sympathiques et avenantes.

Le repas était vraiment excellent et très bien présenté.

Lorsque nous reviendrons à Colmar nous savons déjà que nous viendrons à nouveau à L'Arpège.
