Siamo entrati quasi per caso e non ci avrei scommesso un euro, ma alla fine mi sono dovuto ricredere. Se amate i sapori forti ed i locali senza tante ricercatezze questo fa per voi. Il Munster è un “must” che trovi dappertutto, anche sopra lo stinco. Ma devo dire che non stona. Lo stinco e cotto a dovere e con la giusta quantità di grasso, il

Cuisine traditionnelle et serveurs sympathiques et attentionnés. Le service a été rapide malgré l’affluence. Petit bémol: nous avons eu nos apéritifs en même temps que les plats.

On y est allé 2 fois la semaine dernière, c'était parfait à chaque fois. La choucroute est excellente. La tarte aux quetsches streusel un délice.
Le service est rapide et le personnel est agréable.
La salle à l'étage est beaucoup plus jolie qu'en bas.

Belle découverte de cette brasserie, très bien rodée pour le service rapide.
On trouve les spécialités locales.
Nous avons pris des Hamburgers Alsaciens à la tome alsacienne et des Spätzle au fromage de chèvre (il aurait pu y en avoir un peu plus).
Nous avons très bien mangé en terrasse.
Il faut tester absolument.

Serveurs très aimables mais la cuisine est surgelée. Même une flammenkuchen du supermarché est meilleure + les plats ont été servis froids. Sur tous nos plats, aucun n'avait du goût.

Très bon plats, nous avons pris des tartes flambées aux munster, elles étaient très garnies.

Innenbereich sehr urig und gemütlich, Aussenbereich teilweise am Bach, ganz nett aber recht eng (wie fast alles in Colmar, halt dem Andrang geschuldet).
Essen ok, mal nicht die verbreitete "Touristenspeisung").

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, we waited at the entrance, expecting someone to acknowledge us or offer guidance, but the staff simply ignored us. There was no greeting, no eye contact—just indifference, which felt particularly dismissive.

In contrast, we’ve visited several Asian restaurants nearby where customer care is clearly a priority. Staff in those establishments go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed and attended to, regardless of how busy they are.

We understand that this place is in a heavily touristic area and perhaps doesn’t feel the pressure to earn new customers—but basic hospitality shouldn’t be optional. A simple gesture, a greeting, or even a quick explanation would’ve made a world of difference.

Kaum vegetarische Auswahl, Flammkuchen und Salat waren lecker. Von den Käsespätzle würden wir eher abraten.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren nicht besonders freundlich und nachdem wir das Essen hatten wurden wir nicht mehr beachtet. Wir würden nicht wieder herkommen.

Un servicio espantoso! Meseros déspotas con cero ganas de atender a nadie (no solo a mi mesa..tampoco a ninguna de las que nos rodeaban). Mi esposo y yo esperamos por mas de 15 minutos después de que nos asignarán una mesa. Nadie nos tomo la orden. Una de las meseras quien notablemente nos estaba evitando, una vez confrontada solo dijo...le aviso a mis compañeros..quienes jamás se acercaron por estar fumando y cotillando..Terrible! No vayan! Sobre la comida no puedo opinar porque decidimos pararnos e irnos después de esperar 20 minutos sin la posibilidad de ordenar ni siquiera una bebida.

We were waiting for 15 minutes after being seated. There were 5 servers talking with eachother, seemingly not very busy. After letting one server know we are ready to order and another 10 minutes of being ignored we just left
