Nous étions allé dans ce restaurant 2 jours d’affilée et c’était toujours excellent. La cuisine est délicieuse et le service très agréable. La patronne ainsi que les serveuses étaient très gentille et aimable. Je vous recommande fortement de vous y arrêter si vous passez un jour à Colmar. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

We visited the place to try the pork shank.
It is very small traditional restaurant and we had to queue 15’ for a table.
The atmosphere is nice, but unfortunately the staff is very rude.
Food and wine were both delicious!
We loved the shank and the stew, the meat was so soft and tasty!The spletze with cheese and bacon was amazing as well.
The restaurant deserves 5* for the food, but unfortunately the rest lower the rating.

Je ne peux que conseiller ce restaurant et son jambonneau ,à tomber par terre.
